Great little hidden gem! Very hidden. You have to walk down a corridor path to get to it. But its clean. The machines are like a car wash. They weren't terrible to get dog in and out. Was no one else there. A little more costly for a dog wash but to be able to save your house drains from fur its well worth it!

It is always clean when we come here. The set up is very simple to use. If your dog needs a wash this is the place to go.

Called the owner for generic questions, he was very sweet and enthusiastic. I LOVED this place, it was clean, no foul smells (like country maxes bath center), and was easy to use. Definitely worth the price for the machine quality and supplies on hand such as brushes, towels, mits to scrub your pet, etc. I was done washing my pet in less than 15 minutes and he’s a big boy! We will be back again ❤️

we just took our shy new rescue here for her first bath since being spayed (prob her first bath ever) and she did great! we came in the morning, very nice facility. clean, stocked with supplies and the stations are real great! this is gonna be our bathing routine for sure! thank you :)

Amazing experience! I have a Samoyed and my groomer recently closed her business. Met the owner, SUPER nice and friendly. We chatted almost the whole time we were there. He kindly walked me through everything and it was really easy to use and my puppy smells wonderful! Thank you for bringing this to Rochester!
